On my first climb in 2010, we did not make it to the summit due to blizzard conditions!! We were within 2 miles of the summit and turned around. I felt like the jinx and that we had failed. I later realized our teamwork and smart decisions kept us all safe. |

I love an adventure. I loved the craziness of having to turn around in 2010. There were less than 10 of us left in the lead group. I was shocked to see Ted Lindeman still with the group after over 40 climbs with his thick glasses completely frosted over. |
