| Collecting antiques, writing poetry, drawing and newspaper work.
Newspaper work was one of Art’s favorite hobbies. He truly loved his work and started at a very early age in this field. He sold newspapers when he was too young to know how to pronounce the name of the paper. As a result sold more papers than any of the other news boys because people loved to hear him call the name of the paper in something that sounded like anything but a newspaper. |
| Climbing Experience Summary |
| No matter the consequences, a frozen chin or blisters 8 inches long, Art always looked forward to the climb with great anticipation. Art was one of the oldest AdAmAn Members, he made his last climb at 70 yrs. of age. Art often came home with an unusual collection of shells found on the climb. He discovered you cannot eat heavily and climb too. |
